लंबे समय तक उबलकर पका हुआ चावल का पोला, जो पूर्वी और दक्षिण-पूर्व एशिया में खाया जाता है तथा सादा या अचार, सेंचुरी अंडा, बारीक पोर्क, मछली अथवा हरे प्याज के साथ परोसा जाता है।कैंटोनीज़ jook, जापानी okayu और इंडोनेशियाई bubur सभी रूप हैं।
