Fried \& topped

Brown the minced lamb with onion, garlic, cinnamon, and allspice; simmer until thick. Fry the eggplant slices. Layer eggplant and meat sauce in a baking dish, top with béchamel and kefalotyri, and bake at 180°C until golden.
